Observation

One playground had sand mixed in with some old wood chips. The sand needs to be removed and new wood chips need to be purchased so that there is a minimum of 9 inches of wood chips under all climbing equipment. Staff needs to supervise children appropriately so sand is not mixed with the wood chips.
